An Aldor Award for L’écho des racines!

It is a great honor to announce that L’écho des racines, a show I am part of alongside a wonderful team, has won the Prix Aldor Création at Festival Trad Montréal! This award highlights excellence in Quebec's intangible cultural heritage and celebrates the vitality of our living traditions.

Led by Sarah Bronsard and the company La Sporée, this project is the fruit of nearly four years of work and dialogue between Quebec step dancing and flamenco—an artistic journey I joined on stage in the home stretch just before the premiere.

A huge thank you to the Festival Trad Montréal jury, to all the co-creators and performers, as well as to Résonances – Agence de spectacles, our funding partners (CALQ, CAC, CAM), the presenters, and the audience who bring this piece to life every day!
